This Privacy Policy explains how QRX collects, uses, discloses, retains, and safeguards personal information when you visit qrx.axusnetworks.com, book an appointment, use the QRX phone agent, submit an inquiry, or communicate with us.

We collect information you provide, including name, email address, phone number, appointment preferences, session format, location preference, practitioner inquiry details, messages, call details, privacy request details, and communication preferences. We may also collect device, browser, usage, security, cookie, analytics, and approximate location information when you use our website, booking flow, or portal.
How We Use and Share Information
We use personal information to provide and manage services; book, confirm, reschedule, cancel, and update appointments; respond to support questions; send operational communications; verify privacy requests; maintain client and lead records; improve reliability; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and protect clients, staff, and systems. SMS opt-in data: Axus Networks LLC does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in consent data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be shared with SMS platform providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf, subject to contractual obligations.

SMS Text Messaging Policy
QRX Quantum Resonance, operated by Axus Networks LLC operates the QRX Appointment Text Updates program. The registered A2P brand is Axus Networks LLC. Appointment messages may include confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, and cancellation notices. Direct replies are limited to the conversation the customer initiated; marketing messages require separate consent.
Users may opt in through the online booking form at https://qrx.axusnetworks.com/book by entering a mobile number and separately checking the optional SMS consent box. The disclosure states: “I agree to receive recurring automated appointment text messages from QRX (operated by Axus Networks LLC) at the mobile number I provided. For appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations only. Text updates are not required to book an appointment or make a purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.” Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
